The food in our inventory is frozen, but we can order all your favorites freshly cut. If you prefer a fresh delivery, please allow one extra business day for custom butchering.
Everything is fully guaranteed. If you do not like an item, we will replace it with another item of your choice. Just keep the remainder of the item in the freezer for exchange. Email Chris@gourmetphilly.com with any issues.
We source beef only from the U.S., with the exception of Japanese Kobe (Special order) and Australian Wagyu. We source the best Certified Hereford breeds exclusively from the midwest, where the land and climate are ideal for growing and feeding what we feel is the very best beef you can buy.
While we offer prime because of its exclusive marbling score and grade, we primarily use the Certified Hereford Beef out of Greater Omaha.
Hereford Beef contains plenty of marbled fat throughout the different cuts of meat. This marbling results in a delicious cook every time. The meat is full of flavor and extremely succulent.
Not all. We offer Certified Organic boneless skinless chicken breast. The rest of our natural chicken line is exclusive to Murray’s Poultry or Bell and Evans.

Is the food fresh or frozen? The food in our inventory is frozen, but we can order all your favorites freshly cut. If you prefer a fresh delivery, please allow one extra business day for custom butchering.
Orders within 40 miles of Ardmore, PA (19003) will receive free home delivery via Personal Gourmet freezer truck, typically within two business days. Although we are focused in the Philadelphia area, Personal Gourmet has the ability to ship anywhere in the contiguous United States (sorry, no deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii) with our overnight shipping option. Items will be shipped one day after receiving.
We are eager to pack and ship your Personal Gourmet order and offer your choice of the following Delivery Days: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Orders placed BEFORE Noon EST can be received within as little as just two business days! Place your order BEFORE Wednesday at noon EST to receive it on Friday of the same week. Orders placed AFTER Wednesday, Noon EST will reflect available Delivery Dates for the following week as we do not ship our products over the weekend.
We aim to keep the actual cost of the product in line with many of our gourmet competitors, so shipping is not included in product cost. Instead, shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and distance to be shipped.See below for shipping fees:
